JOSEPH H. GARLAND, III, MBA, FACHE
Board Certified Healthcare Executive
Joe serves as the President & CEO of Centennial Harvest Group. He is an accomplished, transformational leader with 26 years progressive health care, management and leadership experience. Prior to launching CHG, Joe served as a senior level hospital executive. He has an MBA, a certificate in Six Sigma - Black Belt and is Board Certified in Healthcare Management. His broad clinical, operational & hospital leadership experience provides a solid foundation for transformational leadership and hospital turnarounds. He also serves as a distinctive Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has successful experience working in non-profits, for-profits, safety-nets and Academic Medical Centers.
DR. ROBERT LIEBERSON, MD, FAANS, FACS
Medical Practice, Neuro-Surgeon, Physician Executive
Dr. Robert Lieberson is a neurosurgeon with extensive management experience. After graduating in Computer Science and Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Lieberson completed his neurosurgery residency and two fellowships at Stanford. Dr. Lieberson owned and operated a multispecialty group with $25M in annual revenue. The practice served the San Francisco Bay area for 20 years. Services offered: neurosurgery, neurology, spine, physiatry, pain, and industrial medicine service. Dr. Lieberson also co-owned and participated in the management of two surgery centers; was the Vice Chief of Surgery at a general hospital in Pleasanton, California; ran ethics committees as well as an investigational review board.
DR. RHONDA MAYES, Ph.D, LCPC, BCPC, DAPA, CRS
Behavioral Health Executive / Consultant
Dr. Mayes brings a depth of knowledge and experience in the field of psychology and organizational behaviors. She holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Clinical Psychology - from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She has extensive experience counseling, teaching, developing workshops & seminars, retreats, group therapy and coaching. Her experience also includes clinical psychotherapy and court ordered psychosocial evaluations. Dr. Mayes is a Diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association National Recognition.
